As a Content Writing Manager, you have to possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically to produce and publish content, write, edit, and proofread, formulate content strategies, managing and develop a digital content writing team.
Responsibilities:
Managing a content writing team consisting of digital content writers and copywriters.
Formulating a cross-platform content strategy that supports the client’s objectives and desired outcomes.
Oversee a content production team’s creation and management of targeted content for the company’s website.
Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
Cooperate with the digital planning team to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time.
Manage the daily activities of a content writing team and other industry professionals.
Manage and advise content and copywriting team across all platforms, including website, email, social media, and VDO.
Editing and proofreading content across platforms.
Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative.
Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review client’s competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your client.
Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year.
Reporting key team data to the agency’s senior leadership and all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a senior content writer, senior graphic designer, senior copywriter, creative or related position.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in Thai and English.
Highly computer literate. (Typing, Internet Research Skill).
Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices.
Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives.
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
Ability to develop content that provokes engagement in a creative way.
Proficiency with popular content management systems like WordPress and related writing tools.
