Web Project Manager

As a Web Project Manager, your job is to manage the entire life of the web project, from conception to live online delivery using logical, technical and creative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project management
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement web/digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including requirement specifications and project deliverable checklist
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for project improvement

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 year of experience in managing web projects
  • Age between 23 to 30 years old
  • Proven work experience as a Web Project Manager
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS; WordPress) and HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of web design process and UI/UX design
  • Understanding of SEO, Content Marketing and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Having Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues is a plus
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like Trello, Asana, Clickup or other project management softwares
  • Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
